There is still hope.

Wow, it's been 3 months since I've signed up with SP, and suffice to say, I haven't really used all that SP has to offer! I believe summer is the best time to improve one's health, lifestyle, and general well-being. Isn't the thought of going back to school or work looking like a fresher, happier, healthier (cough, slimmer) person so appealing? Haha, it is for me!

Like everyone else on SparkPeople, I'm trying to change for a healthier lifestyle with more exercise and good eating ...

Cut back on the unhealthy, fat-filled snacks; eat more vegetables & fruits, exercise , sleep earlier, exercise, drink more water, and MORE EXERCISE. :p

Full-time college student with a part-time job. 20 years old, 5'7"-5'8" and 169 lbs.

Other Information:
I like reading, sleeping, watching TV, watching movies, sleeping, eating, playing badminton, dancing, and SLEEPING. haha~

Hey there, hope you had a good week! I bought The Host and took it to the gym, and I'd been on the elliptical for 45 minutes before I even realized it. Pretty good so far!
