I can do this...again!

Almost two years ago now, I lost twenty pounds with the help of SparkPeople, tracking my calories, and exercising a lot. I now need to do it again - although this time it is closer to 10 pounds, and although I set my goal a little lower, I will be happy to lose just the 5-7lbs that I allowed myself to gain over the summer while I was writing my thesis and slacking on exercise.

I know the secret to weight loss... eat less, exercise more! Ok, so it's not really a secret...I just ...
