Start of the Fall 5% Challenge and I'm so excited! I am so close to my goal and I know this challenge is going to help me get there!!!

I lost my motivation and my 'why' over the last month so I'm slowly getting back into the rhythm of working out 4- 5 days/wk. I do have a personal trainer who kicks my butt. I'm also taking advantage of the teamSELF Challenge for October and I know that all these different aspects will get me where I need to be! I know I need to be diligent with my eating as that is the one place that no one can 'coach' me through and that I have to use my knowledge to continue to eat healthy. I have to show strength and willpower to turn away that sweet treat or that one extra helping, and I know I can because I've done it before.

I've had issues getting under 150 but it's been done and I know I can do it again, so I'm ready to rock out, meet my 5% goal, and then I will have less than 10lbs to lose before my ultimate goal.

I can do this!!!!

I've been with my boyfriend for 12 years and we have a 6yr old daughter together. I am in Cleveland, OH.


Other Information:
I work full time in an office so sometimes it's a little hard for me to get my workouts in but my BF knows it's important to me and does everything he can to make sure I can be there!
