My goal is to lost 40 lbs by the end of the year. I know that's stretching it a bit, so then my secondary goal is 20 lbs. I, for once in my life, would like to look good in a dress. That would be nice.
I'm exercising by dancing ballroom for the next two months. Also I'm walking on the treadmill every other day for 30 minutes then doing activities on the WiiFit for another 30 minutes. It's not an awesome routine, I'm sure, but it's good enough for me.
I have a huge sweet tooth. I guess I'm really gonna have to cut down on that, huh? lol. I'm not a huge girl, but my grand total is to lose 40lbs...maybe even 50. I want to be able to wear a bikini and shorts in the summer. I want to be able to look good in a dress or skirt. It's about time I go for this goal. So I'm doing it. :) It's gonna happen. Oh yes.
