I'm a single Mom of 3 children. I'm starting school in the spring to be a translator. I decided that I was tired of being tired and crabby and sitting on the couch feeling this way. So I got a buddy(my Mom) and now I go to the gym 5 days a week and walk the dog 2 miles every other day. I've lost 8 pounds already and it's only been a month. I feel better then I have in years.
