Time For A Change.....It's Now or Never!
I'm 29 years old and i'm tired of being FAT! In August of 2007 I moved from California to Louisiana to pursue a degree in Nursing. While living in Louisiana I became very unhappy and depressed because I missed my family and friends back home. I became bored and lonely so I started eating and snacking all day long. I'm 29 years old and i'm tired of being FAT! In August of 2007 I moved from California to Louisiana to pursue a degree in Nursing. While living in Louisiana I became very unhappy and depressed because I missed my family and friends back home. I became bored and lonely so I started eating and snacking all day long. I am very unhappy with my weight and the way that I look. I am a workout DVD and book junkie but all of them are collecting dust on my shelf. It's time for me to make a change and this time around, I am seriously going to commit to losing weight and getting healthy. I moved back to California (San Francisco) in August of 2008 and since then I have gained a couple pounds due to my poor eating habits. I work in San Francisco and instead of taking my lunch to work, I eat out almost everyday. Eating is pleasurable for me. If it tastes good......i'm going to try and eat all of it!! My worst habit is eating when i'm bored or when i'm watching TV. I feel like something is missing if I'm not snacking on something while i'm watching my favorite tv shows. To sum it all up........I am a food addict! I would like to lose 80Ib's. I look forward to meeting new people and making new friends through this awesome website.

My Goals:
*Lose at least 80Ib's. *Eat more fruits and vegetables. *Cut back on sugar, carbs, and soda. *Eat 5-6 small meal/snacks per day. *Cut back on my calorie intake.
My Program:
I eat 1200-1500 calories per day. Cardio 5x week Weights 3x week Water only during the week. Juice or fruit drink on the weekends. No fast food, sodas, or candy. I refer to several weightloss books for inspiration and ideas on how to loose weight and I have a collection of workout videos that I use when I don't have time to go to the gym.
