I Really Need This Change!

I've never done the public thing, always privately trying to do it on my own. Well that has gotten me here...weighing the most I have in my life! I'm done, I'm doing this and I need the support. I have 3 beautiful daughters that I need to be a better healthier mom for. I need to do this for me, my health, my family and my husband who treats me like I"m still a size 8 ;) Not the tight size 24 that I currently am. My goal is to lose a total of 145 lbs!! One day at a time

My Goals:
-Lose 10 lbs a month!
-Get cardio in at least 4 days a week
-water intake EVERYDAY
-Remember to lean on God in hard stressful times, not food!


My Program:
Counting calories, drinking lots of water, and getting my exercise 4-6 days a week with 2-3 days of strength training.

Other Information:
I love my children, reading and I can't wait to be able to run again! I have trouble with binging and I have the tendency to give all or nothing. That I know has to change in order for my situation to change. I know this, that is why I'm here..for the support.....

Welcome to Living Binge Free, where our goals have more to do with consistent sane eating, not a number on the scale. No number on a scale can ever represent who we are or respect we deserve. (Take a cue from your husband, who you said treats you as you always were!) It is absolutely worth every difficult moment of saying no to the urge to binge or eat mindlessly. Nothing is going to make it easy permanently, but over a period of months and years, it can become much more the norm to eat moderately, with overages the exception. Don't diet, meaning follow some plan for eating only some perfect foods. Eat real meals, with a variety of foods, some luscious, some light. emoticon
