the pain

i am a 45 yr old male from Houston TX that wants to go from 347 lbs to at least 150. i was planning to get a gastric bypass but that is not going to happen due to i can't afford the diet afterwards. it is going to cost more to eat right after than before the surgery. plus i have not been able to lose any to where the insurance will pay for the surgery. right now i live off ssi and foodstamps and can not afford to eat healthy like i should to lose the weight. i just have to get some bills ...

My Goals:
My new goal for 2014 is to lose at least 180 lbs. as of jan 1, 2014 i weigh 332. i want to get down to around 150 lbs. that means no more sodas or junk food.

My Program:
I am not going to drink any more sodas or eat any more junk food. i can't afford to eat healthy at the moment so i may not lose much for a couple months till i can afford it.

Personal Information:
i am originally from la porte tx but have been stuck in houston tx since '94. i like houston becasue it has grown on me over the years and the fact i can't go to other towns unless i have a ride. i get arouind on the bus 99% of the time. you have to go out of your way just to go twenty mins away. i am forty five but sometimes fell eighty. i am about 150 lbs overwieght and want to get down to 175 and maybe after that to 150 no lower unless absolutly nessecary. i have started walking more instead of just to and from bus stops. i try to walk at least a mile a day. like i said above i want to have twenty miles under my belt by the end of the month. (nov 12) i have been chubby all my life seems like but only really overwieght teh last twenty years or so.
