I have been overweight for ever. Not that weight is everything but my limited exercise of late and my poor food choices have become a concern. I tried Weight Watchers once as a teen, but lost motivation when I was told that the highest weight I should be as a 5 foot 2 inch 15 year old was 115 pounds (it was an impossible goal and still is). But it was not just that, I was not making the change for me. I was doing it because I thought I had to. While I still think making healthier decisions is something I should do, it is now something I am deciding to do. It is me taking control of myself.

My Goals:
To eat better and exercise more. I mean ultimately my goal is to no longer be obese or even overweight, but my real focus right now is just improving my health.
My Program:
I am counting calories of what I eat so that food is a more conscious decision. I am walking at least 5 times a week. I am controlling the portions of what I eat.
