The Next Chapter

I am a 50 ish Mom, in the next chapter of life....kids grown & into college. The transition is now writing the next page that was kids in the nest to kids in flight and sadly onto their own new nest. I finished my BA in Sociolgy in 2011 and transitioned into a new career providing assistance through public programs to those who are in need of a help up in life.

In the middle of this, I began trying to run again and adopt healthier life choices in diet, exercise, spiritual, ...

I saw your question on the challenge page. The object is to make changes that stick to help you reach your goal. The goal is to complete each part of the challenge at your pace. If you complete 5 of the 10 goals and you develop a new habit you have succeeded. 3 of the goals you choose what you do. For example the do something nice challenge can be giving a goodie or positive note on line, it can be doing something nice for someone you bump into but you get to choose. I hope this helps.
