    I didn't know this right away myself, but if you click on your Spark Goodie, you can see if there is a note attached, if there is, click on it and you can read the note. emoticon

    I saw your question on the challenge page. The object is to make changes that stick to help you reach your goal. The goal is to complete each part of the challenge at your pace. If you complete 5 of the 10 goals and you develop a new habit you have succeeded. 3 of the goals you choose what you do. For example the do something nice challenge can be giving a goodie or positive note on line, it can be doing something nice for someone you bump into but you get to choose. I hope this helps.
