Make 1 Healthy Decision. Now Make Another.

Thus far in my journey, I've lost [and maintained] almost 45 pounds total!

I have to give props where props are due - Spark started it all.

Spark People taught me how to manage my eating and amp up my exercise- how to make healthy living a lifestyle. Spark helped me get in control of my life. And it's not stopping anytime soon. I know I have a long way to go- but I also know I have come along way- and that it IS worth mentioning, remembering and celebrating.

My goal in life is to make on healthy decision. Then, make another healthy decision. And to have the next decision I make be healthy, too. I learned the best way for me to face life is one moment at a time. Less stress, less worry, less confusion. If I make a “less than healthy” decision – it’s okay. The next decision I make can – and WILL- be healthy.

I am still losing weight and feeling great.
I am still setting goals and determined to continue breaking down barriers.
I am still aiming for the best me I can be.
