Hi! I'm Lisa, and I'm ready to get fit and feel good about how I look and what I can do, for myself and for others. I am a busy wife, mother, and nana, and somehow I have left myself and my care on the last line of my "TO DO" list for such a long time that I have to move me to the top or I won't be able to lift the list soon! :) I am looking forward to success in this new year AND I am looking forward to hearing about your success.
My Goals for 2011:
1. Loose weight

3. have fun while working toward my goal weight
My Program for 2011:
1. Plan intake and exercise
2. Use the tracking tools to see my success
Daily exercise + Daily planned eating + Daily contact with SP + Daily Intentional Focus on what is good for my health = SUCCESS!!!
I have spent a good deal of my life telling myself "I'm okay. My weight isn't that out of control." Well, not true anymore, and although I love my family dearly, I realize my example of care for myself isn't a good one, or one I want my daughters to follow, so here is to a new page, a new direction, and a new (and smaller!) me. It's time to get out of the house and be more active.
I enjoy reading, cooking, baking, sewing, gardening, and walking when I'm not working on my studies for college. I am currently working on a BA degree in education in early childhood and elementary education. I also enjoy spending time with my grandson, daughters, and husband as much as possible.
