Breaking Out of Fat Prison

I've been fat my whole life. It's time to live differently.

Reboot:
I wasn't "sparking" very much for half of 2011 and all of 2012, so I gained back most of the 25 pounds that I lost.

It's been wonderful. We've all lost weight. I haven't started back with exercise yet, but I know that I need to get with it. That will be my next step.

I am so thankful that in 2010 I started this journey to better health and fitness.

I am living the abundant life promised by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ:
John 10:10 "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."

I was honored to be chosen Done Girl of the Day for February 1, 2011.

My Program:
I drink at least 8 cups of water every day.

I follow the TRIM HEALTHY MAMA plan for eating.


Personal Information:
I am 42 years old, and I have been married for 16 years.

I am a Christian homeschooling mother of 2 beautiful children so far.

My home will always be in Alabama, but I currently live in South Carolina.

My husband is a pastor, and life in the parsonage is quite an adventure at times.


Other Information:
In 2010 I learned how to knit. I meet with a group of ladies at a local tea room once a week to knit... and have tea.

I love discovering new tea rooms when I travel. I also love coffee... and all things Narnia!

I'm a bit of a "birth junkie" so I love discussing birth stories, homebirth, natural health care and pregnancy. I would love to be a birth doula.
