Amber's Path to Weightloss
I've joined SparkPeople twice before. Always, the motivation disappeared somewhere in week 2. But it's too important for me to not do this. Emotionally and physically, this is a change that I need. I feel better mentally when I exercise (even when I don't want to). And eventually, I want to weight what I did in college and high school. My boys deserve a Mommy that can keep up with them, after all!

My Program:
At the moment, I'm alternating Pilates with dance for cardio work and doing SparkPeople's Strength Training exercises. I'm trying to be more conscience of what I put in my mouth as well, keeping track of what I'm eating here on SparkPeople as well.
