Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog! My record for fitness minutes is about 310 in one day. That doesn't happen often though! I have actually been taking it easy the last couple of days so that my feet get a chance to heal. They are getting better, thank goodness!

Hey there! Just checking in...Tomorrow is MONDAY...my weigh-in day (UGH!! just one more reason to dislike Monday's). Crossing fingers and hoping for some downward movement on the scale.

Hoping you have a great start to the week and things go your "weigh"...okay, that was kinda cheesy!

Wishing for a few more days of sunshine while the leaves begin to change (I LOVE FALL!!)...
