I am a sahm to 7. Only 3 still at home. I lost 115lbs in the last 3 yrs . I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and thyroid problems which make exercise challenging but not impossible.. I have changed my eating habits and started swimming, walking and strenghth training. I want to keep it off this time I am done with the yoyo dieting I have made a lifestyle change and would love to find others that would like to keep each other accountable

My Goals:
I have alot to loose so I am just concentrating on the first 20lbs then I will concentrate on the next 20lbs, it doesnt seem so overwhelming this way

My Program:
I am eating healthier.
staying within 1200-1400 calories and walking, swimming and doing wii fit plus at least 3xs a week for 40 min

Lovely to have you with us on the 10,000 Steps a Day Team - we're an active and driven group of sparkers who are determined to reach our own personal goals through walking - its not a competition, so don't judge your efforts by someone else's but please join in with the November Steps Thread, and monitor your amounts regularly - we do love to support and acknowledge personal achievements!

There will also be an additional Stepping it Up Challenge for those of us who wish to push just that little bit harder!
