January 3, 2013: Finished Insanity and one month of Turbo Jam. I am beginning a TJ/Turbo Fire hybrid today. Strength training will be added approximately 3 x week
November 9, 2012: I started Month 2 today. It is INSANE!

Thanks for the blog love and tip. You can actually go back forever and enter everything into spark and get your spark points. I been on SP forever lol Shhhh don't tell nobody. The issue is unfortunately, I am having a hard time being able to track the food I eat. It's been crunch time for me at work, so 11hrs days for me and 13hr days for the boyfriend. Plus the holiday, plus everything else. Sometimes I will just grab a slice of pizza and some fruit. Not super healthy, but I can't live off of snacks. Not an excuse, just is what it is. Right now I am working on maintaining, so it's all about balance...pray for me lol
