Is that not the truth? I found that out as well. When I started putting myself first, I was actually a better wife, Mom, friend, employee. If I don't take care of me, who will take care of them Take time to take care of you and all the rest will fall into place!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. The BLC20 stands for "The Biggest Loser team Round 20" and the Silver Spies is one of 20 or so teams that make up the BLC. It goes for 12 weeks and the teams compete against each other as well as individually within in each team. It's a great way to reach your goals and meet new people.
