Running the Race

I'm updating this intro today as one of my bootcamp challenges. I've been here a few years, but never reached my goal weight per my inconsistency. Spark works! It's not rocket science. So, 2010 is the year that I will no longer be talking about it, wishing for it, hoping it will be....this is the year that it gets finished. I'm ready for the rest of my life, one day at a time.

My Goals:
Workout at least five days a week.
Eat more fruits and veggies.
Lose 15 lbs. by the end of March.
Fit into my clothes comfortably.
Run a 5K in 2010...yes, I said RUN!

My Program:
I've joined the Biggest Loser at my school, so weekly weigh-ins should keep me motivated.
I need to do cardio 5 days a week.
Spark Your Body bootcamp for Jan.
Regular strength training after that.

Other Information:

ROBYN, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW... WE ARE ALL GEARING US FOR THE HOLIDAYS... ON SPARK... EVERYONE IS COMING BACK ON BOARD... I'VE BEEN OUT FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS.
