Okay, starting fresh after a really rough semester!
New goals: Get off sugar. Get a better sleep schedule (and sleep more). Run a half-marathon. Lose 30 pounds.
I'm trying to make the following changes: Get on a regular sleep schedule where I'm going to bed earlier, getting up earlier and generally sleeping more (and better). Being more aware of what I'm eating (portion sizes, etc.) Making exercise a regular part of my life once again. Incorporate more whole foods into my diet.
