I have had a couple of rough years where I basically lost my direction, what I wanted and who I was. I have been on spark for awhile and found it a great resource but motivation and focus was not there. Gradually I have been improving and had a good breakthrough of late! Starting seeing the point to things and life again! I just want to be me! first and foremost, and move forward to a new improved me. I have wasted the past two years and refuse to waste any more of my life! ...

My Program:
Exercise once a week with trainer. Rest of week one class and another gym session plus swimming. Eating = fresh + veggie + home cooked
