Hi, I saw your post on the pre-diabetics board about how you have been so successful. I wanted to find out how you did it. I was just diagnosed with pre-diabeties, and I feel very overwhelmed about what I can and cannot eat. I am trying to figure out a daily meal plan that is quick and works for me. Sorry for all this information. Lol. I would just appreciate any advice you might have.

Wow, you painted that frog yourself? It's beautiful! You are very talented. What a neat gift that would be for my daughter. She saw the pic and loved it! Do you sell your frogs? I hope your recovery is going well after surgery and that it will really make the difference for you. I was disappointed to only lose 3.4 pounds in January, but will never give up.
