What Spark do I have at the moment??

A Spark.

An Idea.

That maybe my lifestyle is wrong.

So here I am once again to lose weight I swore Id never gain back... 187 lbs again.

Gotta stay motivated.

My birthday is in February. Small changes can lead to big ones. So here's to little changes! :D

My Goals:
1. Lose 42 lbs.
Reward: New Clothes.

2. Never touch another cigarette.
Reward: LIFE!

3. Get my drivers license.
Reward: New seat covers for my car.

4. Get and maintain clear skin.
Rewards: New Makeup.

5. Get a steady job.
Reward: Tanning Package

6. Learn how to work out.
Reward: New workout clothes. *DONE*

7. Run a mile without stopping.
Reward: New Running Shoes. *DONE*

My Program:
I dont really have one. To be honest. My good girl friend and I have decided to do the Shrink a Size in 14 days program from Prevention magazine as a jump start to our fitness and weight goals. We have incorporated a little easy yoga to help stretch out and add a little extra to the work outs at the end of the day. We are both hoping to create better habits and long standing fitness.

Personal Information:
I am with someone I care about very much. We live together in Upstate NY along with his family. I have really let myself go this past year, so with a positive attitude and a little more confidence, I go forth!

Other Information:
I am a total paranormal romance fan. If there is one thing that makes me happy and relaxes me, its a good Christine Feehan or Laurell K. Hamilton book. :D
