Time to kick the bad habbits...
I'm a young mom new to the sparkpeople community. I have a 3 year old little boy that I'm home with everyday, and over the past few years I've just watched the pounds slowly add themselves. And now I have to try and squeeze into a wedding dress next summer :-/...

My Goals:
Right now I'm about 163, and i would love to go down to 125 again. But realistically my goal is 135, since the last time i was 125 was in high school pre-kid. my first goal: 155 2nd: 145 3rd:135 And maybe a 4th:125
My Program:
-try and drink 8 glasses of water -use portion control -Try and eat more veggies -go for walking down by the river - track what i eat - do zumba at least 1 day a week
