Hi there. I'm a 27-year-old female trying to live by the principles of Tosca Reno's Eat-Clean Diet. Just as importantly, I'm trying to do it without turning into "that girl." By that I mean, I want to be able to join friends for a night out or have the occasional slice of sugary birthday cake with my family.

I want to have energy to spare, a smile on my face, and a bounce in my step. Oh, and losing 60 pounds would be pretty great, too.

Hey, fellow New Englander! Thanks for sharing your blog on the Cooler 1 post. It was great to see. I'm likely going to try Cooler 1 myself to see if I can get the scale to move :-) Keep up the great work!

Hello, I am so happy to see that you found your way here to Spark. This is such a wonderfully supportive community and I hope that you jump right in and learn to use the tools here. There is everything you need here to change your lifestyle and head on to better health, as well as making some really wonderful friends along the way.. Your page is just great and I wish you much success in your journey here. One thing that helps me is keeping my goals very small.. and, logging all my food in the nutrition log. I started out with 5 lb goals and keep my weigh tracker to reflect those goals.. Have a nice day, debbie
