Hello and welcome to my spark page! I thought maybe it was time for an update. I've been a member nearly 2 months now and I love SparkPeople. Hello and welcome to my spark page! I thought maybe it was time for an update. I've been a member nearly 2 months now and I love SparkPeople. (Thanks to my daughter, Renee, who pointed the way here) Here is an opportunity to be real. We all have moments of weakness, strengths, resignation, and even depression. Sharing those moments helps us to grow and change and ultimately become healthy. Health is not only what can be seen, loosing weight, increasing in vitality, exchanging bad habits for good; but health is also caring for the inside as well. Here at spark, you get that opportunity. We are all here for this common purpose, the added benefit is making friends. Reaching out and sharing our core beliefs and even faiths, giggles and ideas in the hopes (and prayers) that you can help someone else become stronger, healthier, and more readily able to live in true peace and happiness. Hi, I am Jessie from NW Ohio. I am 49 yrs old (ugh). I live with my youngest child, Isaiah who is 10. I decided to have WLS over a year ago and began the process of researching it and seeking a doctor/surgeon. I had my surgery March 4 of this year. It hasn't been easy (nothing is!) but I'm learning a little more about me and my choices each day.
Other Information:
I am a devout Messianic Believer. When possible I attend a Messianic Synagouge in Temprence Michigan...Adat Adonai. I believe Y'shua was the promised Messiah, and I believe he and he alone has the jurisdiction over my soul. One of my favorite hobbies is studying the Bible.
