Time to kick the bad habits!
Hi I'm Vicky, I've decided to join so I can keep a log of how I'm doing and hopefully have some support too. I know many people on here will be losing weight my goal is simply to maintain, after years of struggling with my weight I have finally gained enough to be healthy. I want to be fit and healthy so that one day I can start a family and also I want to look and feel the best that I can for me and for my boyfriend.

My Goals:
To maintain my weight of 120lbs. To be toned and have shape. Have a healthy happy life.
My Program:
To do at least 30 minutes exercise every other day (everyday is ideal). Eating none fried, no dairy, tasty but healthy food. Exercises include: sit ups, crunches, squats, lunges, jogging, skipping, cycling, walking.
