I'm currently employed in a wealth office at a local bank with plans of eventually going back to school. He'd do the same for me. :) In May of 2011, I began my true weightloss. Since then, I have lost over 100 lbs and haven't looked back. I have dropped 8 jacket sizes (I wear a suit every day) and 7 pant sizes. I look more beautiful every day, and not because of the weightloss but because of my confidence in my ability to stick to something so dificult (Okay... I look good too). I have surpassed my half way point and look forward to 2012, where my attention to high protein, low fat, low carb diet less than 1400 calories per day coupled with my newfound love of geocaching and hiking the Beautiful WV Mountains will result in ultimate success. My Goal Is To Inspire You.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to continue learning about diet/nutrition and exercise and apply what I learn to my changing lifestyle. As of March 2012, I have reached my original 100-lb goal. I still have weight to lose, things to learn, and changes to make. My goal is to lose an additional 50 pounds by September 2012.
My Program:
Tracking is the number one most important piece to my puzzle. Track food and water intake, limit caffeine, carbonated beverages, and sugar substitutes/sugar alcohols. Keep caloric intake to between 1300 and 1400 kcalories. My fitness goal is 200 minutes per week, excluding stretching/yoga and strength training. To accomplish this, I will utilize my stationary bike, workout videos, and hiking the beautiful WV mountains (try it with geocaching.com; trust me).
Personal Information:
I'm a military brat from Eastern North Carolina. I attended UNC Chapel Hill (Go Tarheels!) and have relocated to Fairmont, WV to be closer to my parents. I LOVE Carolina and miss it very much.
