I've been tracking my weight since I was 14 and exercising regularly since I was 18. Initially motivated by poor body image, I gradually learned to accept that my body will never look like Britney's - even when she was "fat." Initially motivated by poor body image, I gradually learned to accept that my body will never look like Britney's - even when she was "fat." It's still a pretty good body. :) In spite of a high activity level and reasonably careful eating, I struggle to keep my weight in a healthy range. I go through cycles of extreme consciousness and calorie counting to complete frustration and the resulting - "I don't care what I eat today." I'm here to try to increase my consciousness of food choices in positive way and keep my attitude consistent. Guilt is not a good motivator for that state. So here's to good health and happiness!
