I want to be healthier. I have lost about 60 pounds from August 2014 to August 2015. In doing so, per my Doctor, I now longer actively have PCOS. I have a lot more weight to lose to be at my "normal weight" for my height, but I am doing better than ever.
I am following the food tracker, moderate to speed walking with sessions of high intensity intervals of jogging and drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day.
