Stop smoking february 2006. Gain 25 pounds, work hard, eat better and lost 20 pounds. Will loose 10 pounds next with education and health on my mind. New info, On sept 2008, I got a baby boy! He is now 2 years and my life is so much better..! except I got sick and gain weight but now feel better.

Did the timer idea work? I'm on a timer right now...a little under 9 more minutes to use the computer before I have to check the laundry and fold the last load. It's a helpful strategy for keeping on task!

Stopping smoking is the hardest thing Iv'e done in my life. But the reward are the most amazing one and are lasting ones! You will succeed also when your'e ready. Good luck!
