The time is now
I've tried to lose weight so many times and did lose a fair amount on this site before. But, I fell off track and gained it all back (plus a little more). I'm here to get back on track and make the final step into a healthier lifestyle. I was a dedicated athlete when I was younger but we never ate well. I'm here to get back on track and make the final step into a healthier lifestyle. I was a dedicated athlete when I was younger but we never ate well. With all that exercise, the pounds stayed away despite my bad eating habits. But, I quit hockey in grade 10 and since then I've been packing on the pounds. I know that I have to get healthy now or else it's only going to get worse. I'm passionate about nutrition and fitness but I need to put it into practice and makes changes that will last. I know Sparkpeople will give me the strength to achieve my goals.

My Goals:
-To finally lose the weight I've been carrying around for way too long. -Number wise, I think I'm aiming for around 150. However, I just want to be in the "normal" weight category again. -Run my best 5K ever this spring. -Stop having binge eating episodes. -Develop a healthy and sustainable approach to food that can last a lifetime.
My Program:
No specific program other than tracking calories and moving as much as possible. I have a gym membership, use the Wii Fit, and play soccer two times a week.
