Back to being accountable!

Middle aged, mom of 7 working to get off the last of my weight. Was down from 300 lbs to 170; but have been back on the upcline for this last year. The minute I don't track it and am no longer accountable, then I gain or fail to maintain. This shouldn't take long if I can find the right challenges!

My Goals:
Back to the gym, drinking a load of water and tracking my calories. Can't wait to watch the weight and inches come off.

I am working on my masters degree in mental health counseling.

I saw your comment on the Les Mills team, I joined it not knowing it appears to be inactive... too bad because I love Body Pump. I was hoping to find opinions on this class bulking thighs/legs... any insight on this? I take BP class 2-3 times a week. My gym offers Body Combat too but sadly my IT band and knee do not think it's so much fun so I'm mixing my routine up with cardio, muscle conditioning, tabata and spinning. Hope to hear from you, have a nice day.
