Thank you for your comments on my blog.
Putting a positive spin on it makes sense.
I need to make a date with myself or with God and take a walk.
I am also thinking I could call my Father who lives two time zones away and has dementia. Some days he just does not know where he is.
But other days I find the Father I love on the other line.

emoticon emoticon Yeh, not so good,well not so good for my weight loss! I am going to exercise alot of extra tonite, lets say run for 2 minutes, walk 2 run 2 , and so on for 30 min. running for me is 5.3 on treadmill and will do a 2 encline......up for it? well will make up for our dirty rotten sin! ha/ha tryin to encourage us here! We can do it. emoticon

Thank you for yourcomment on my blog. Yes, we do worry about the effort equaling the results, don't we? I guess it helps me to choose what I am doing to get healthy and fit with the understanding it is a life time choice.

emoticon Hi, thanks and would love the buddy system, your salad on your page is beautiful,I like the organized group you should join they give encouragment to challenges one at a time. I figure my life,house, will be discombobulated (is that even a word) until my children all grow up. I don't know how people possible keep up with 8 different pairs of socks. yeh, I can always use a buddy,let's do it for health and organization, smiles and happiness.......have a lovely day, I will send you some mail on sp.. love that when I get time, helps to get to know ya!
