My Goals:
Long term/Ultimate Goals:
1).To loose 152lbs so I can have reconstructive surgery on my left foot/ankle that I injured in a fall 2005.
2). To get overall healthy for myself and family

Mid/Short term goals:
1). Get 10-8 oz glasses of water down a day, regularly without thinking about it. *****DONE 7-4-2015******
2). Strictly limit sodium intake. **DONE 7-4-2014**
3) 5,000 steps daily 30 for 30days (fitbit)
**DONE 7-4-2015**
3). 8000 steps daily for 30 days (fitbit)
4) Eliminate Added Sugar & junk foods
5) CLEAN EATING 80% time

UPDATE: 7-20-15 ALL R STILL IN PROGRESS

Breakdown Weight Goals:
1). Be 250 pounds by Christmas 2012
2) Be 200 pounds by my Birthday March 21, 2013
3) Be 165 pounds by my 1 year SparkversaryJuly 4th 2013
4) Be 150 pounds by my 17th wedding anniversary July 21, 2013


My Program:
Tracking all my food & liquid intake on SparkPeople (1200 cal. daily). Learn how to eat healthier making this change lifetime success. I Joined a gym, and am working with a certified personal trainer. Right now I'm going 3-5 times a week for 20 minutes. Currently taking all I have .....but I'm doing it!! Ultimatly I want to be able to go 5-6 times a week for 60mins each time!!

Look How Far I've came !! I will be finishing a blog this month that has overview my journey thus far and the many successes I've achieved though I haven't reached my surgery threshold or ultimate goal yet.
