I am so ready to start a New Year to a New Me! I have really struggled this past couple of years but I know what I want to acheive and I am going forward with a fully loaded attitude! I started logging my food again, wearing my fitbit and trying to get in 10,000 steps a day. Once I accomplish these three things consistently then I will add in exercising every other day. I need to take it a "bite at a time" to change my ways and not try to do it all at once!

I have regained about 20 pounds since my surgery (when I lost 105 pounds) and I know I DO NOT WANT to go back! I need to kick it in the bud now, work at it consistently, upping it as I go along!

New mantra: I CAN DO ALL THINGS THRU CHRIST WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH!!!!

UPDATE 10.02.13:
So much for a new year! I broke my foot, was out of commission for 12 weeks, then fell on my bad knee, aggrevating the arthritis beyond belief. Now I am scheduled for knee replacement surgery and have gained another 10 pounds! HELP!

I have started tracking food again, doing exercises to build up the leg muscles before surgery and journaling. I really need to stop the McD Nonfat-Sugarfree Vanilla Lattes and get back on board with water. However, over the past year water just hasn't tasted good! :(

Can you believe that we are coming up on the halfway mark of 2010? This is a great tie to sit back and reflect on what we have accomplished so far this year and where we want to be when December rolls around... it will be here sooner than you think!
