Hi, my name is Savannah. I have lost 100 pounds than slowly regained it as bad habits sneaked into my life. I would like to get back to tracking daily, working out regularly, eating more veggies and just being proud of ME! By the end of 2018, I am aiming to be around 180, working out 4x a month, and successfully completing three races!

    Christmas was very quiet. Just Jas, Clara and I. My brother was with his girl for her Mom's tombstone unveiling (she died 9 days after my Dad in August).

    That's all right. It was just as I wanted it -- quiet and peaceful.

    If you are on Facebook, you can find REFIT there. If you don't, you can always type in in your google search engine. You can have access to their videos on YouTube as well. I am an instructor. (The only one within 1.5 hours in any direction!) You may get lucky and find a refit instructor in your area for a live class. I started off just doing the videos in the comfort of my home and I fell in love with them and the concept that I just had to be part of their team! 90% of classes are free or very cheap. The instructors mostly teach the class because they love it so much. Many classes are in churches or YMCA's. I hope this answered your question!
