Nothing Worth Having Is Easy!

Hi, my name is Savannah and I have lost 100 pounds. Than, life happened. I gained some weight back but focusing on getting stronger with lifting and running. One step at a time.

July Goals
Exercise 16-20 times in the month of July or 4-5 times a week.
Run twice a week.
Lift twice a week.

Exercise Goals
Sunday - Run long
Monday - Strength train / Step Class @ 5:00
Tuesday - Run 3-4 miles / Group Cycling Class @ 5:00

Good idea w/the lemon water and eating so you're not starving when you go. You're right about theater popcorn. Just not healthy!

Mom -- well she is mentally declining for sure. **SIGH** She has her goo days and she has her bad days.
Right now Dad is facing hernia surgery. He wants me to care for Mom which I will gladly do! BUT he wants to bring her up here. I just think that's a bad idea. She is easily disoriented and goes into panic mode. BESIDES that, he's going to need help himself! So Done some "behind the scenes" detective work and spoken to his Dr., who will let Dad know, first of all, even though the surgery would be outpatient, he needs someone to drive him there, stay, and take him home. Secondly he's not going to be able to care or himself very easily for at least a few days. I don't think Dad realizes that. So . . . just waiting to see what happens.

Jason had an interview today in Madison (about 1.5 hrs. from here) We'll see how it went. He felt good. Prayers!!!!!

You have done this before and I think your perception of how long your goals will take to reach are realistic. That's a good thing!
