Nothing Worth Having Is Easy!

Hi, my name is Savannah and I have lost 100 pounds. Than, life happened. I gained some weight back but focusing on getting stronger with lifting and running. One step at a time.

July Goals
Exercise 16-20 times in the month of July or 4-5 times a week.
Run twice a week.
Lift twice a week.

Monday - Strength train / Step Class @ 5:00

Well, yes, I am glad that it is a promise ring and not an engagement ring, but frankly, they don't have any $$$ for a ring! Oh well, it'll work out how it's supposed to.

Good luck with the test! You'll do fine!

Well, if Jason and I can, we're going to go to my parents, or they might come here. Whichever they prefer. Nothing special. No extra $$$ for a huge meal, so just simple.

Good on the interviews. Something will happen

No solid leads yet! But keeps sending out the resumes and having faith. The faith part is a bit difficult, but have to have it.

Clara goes to UW Washington County in West Bend. She commutes at present. Who knows what next year will bring. She is not exactly thrilled with college and has a "promise ring" from her boyfriend. Not too thrilled about that (oh he's a nice enough guy, but they're 18 and neither has real job ambitions. That won't work too well!) So, we'll see what happens.

In the meantime, I'm finishing coursework for my CEU's to renew my nursing license. Should be done in a week. That will be good!

That's about all the news that's fit to print. Hope to get to see my parents in the next 2 weeks. Mom's memory (short term) is zilch. I am happy her disposition is cooperative and generally positive, but know it won't sta that way w/the Alzheimers.

Thanks for asking -- I'm doing just fine! I've had my share of too many lose one pound, gain two and now I'm making slow but sure progress in the right direction. I was looking forward to being in at or near a healthy BMI during Fall 2014, which meant losing losing 32 pounds. With my slow start, I'll be happy to be 20-25 lbs down by Christmas. Regardless of where I am in life, my aim is to internalize love (vs guilt) in knowing that I am wonderfully made by a wonderful Creator. -- My joy is great! May you also feel the joy in where you are at this very moment.

Just keep your eyes on the prize . . . . soon you'll be ready to start a new chapter in your life. It is hard to be patient. I am going through that too waiting to see what kind of job Jason gets and where we'll end up! BUT have to take it a day-at-a-time. It is unfortunate that in the meantime it means, for you, having to deal with workplace negativity. **SIGH**

You will lose it again. Just remember quality over quantity and be mindful oi what you eat. Get a little sweat on each day and you'll be there before you know it. Feeling all great and looking all fine!

I'm really not actively looking for a PT but I'm more still in the dreaming phase, lol. However I do get some training from 9Round, this kickboxing place. It's a lot of fun and always such a good workout. Only thirty minutes but it's everything you put into it.
