Nothing Worth Having Is Easy!

Hi, my name is Savannah and I have lost 100 pounds which took me three years to lose. Last year I had a stressful, sedentary job and gained 55 pounds. Slowly, I am trying to work it off and regain my life again.

Yes, I would make it part of a total physical package. You'd want to bet at least an FBS and an A1C (which measures your blood sugar patter over a 2 mth. period of time. And obviously any other blood work you and the Dr. determined would be appropriate.

Best advice: Get your blood work done and go from there If it's hypoglycemia it means addressing the whole issue of nutrition so that the blood sugar remains stable. Hope that that helps you.
