Hi, my name is Savannah and I have lost 100 pounds which took me three years to lose. In the last few years, I seem to have regained 70 back. Slowly, I am trying to find my way back to a healthy lifestyle again. No matter where I am in my journey, I live to run. These are some races I am planning in 2017. April - Hot Chocolate 5K/15K May - Madeline Island Half Marathon July - Chicago Rock and Roll - 5K/10K Also, in 2017 I am getting married in October.

-Use 15# DB for shoulder overhead press

    Yes, that takes time for sure to get over. ON those 'feeling good days" I tended to over-do it. Get plenty of rest!

    Mom's dementia has worsened and Dad has gotten more frail. Sad. Just have to have MOm settled someplace with good care (which she is) and DAd's with her, so he's also getting a bit of a rest.
