Hey! I had a look at your last few blogs - sounds like you've had lots going on - how are things now? Hopefully settling down a bit. I just found out I have a gallstone but I've been super lucky that it hasn't been bothering me for the last 4 months since I have been tracking what I eat and trying to making healthier diet choices. Would love to hear how your doing these days and take care! I also wanna hear what you and your brother in law plan for you to do to help you lose 20 lbs in June!!

Thank you for your comforting words regarding the weigh gain during that "time" of the month. You're right, I shouldn't look at the scale as my only sign of progress. I may have picked up a couple pounds of water weight, but I feel healthier, have more energy, and have less pain in my joints than I had three months ago. THOSE are true milestones.
