Wow that's alot of extra weight. When my 7 year old son told me not to eat my turkey sandwich I was making for lunch, because he didn't want me to be fat anymore, . . . well that was the straw that broke the camels back. I've been lazy about my weight and health for a long time, and that is the opposite of what the other part of my life reflects. I want to change for good and be the example I'm supposed to be for my children. Gluttony is sin, and I've got more than 100 pounds of disobedience that has to be dealt with. I'm always looking for weight loss buddies to help encourange and support me.
