Ok, hey! I just wanted to stop by and say thanks so much for joining the challenge. Be sure to go by the general discussion forum and check out the design of my challenge. It tells you all the details of what you do. If anything is unclear just write me or post a message and I will get back to you within 24 hours. I make it a point of mine to do so. I started this as motivation for myself because I have done so well with this little program that I created and I thought to myself, "why not let others try it and get results?" So that is what I did. I am down to my last little stretch of weight and I want to go out with a BANG! before I go to maintenance. I hope you enjoy it and remember that you cannot fail this challenge. You can only quit. So if you always jump right back on the horse and never quit, YOU NEVER FAIL! Do your best and again, I am super glad to have you!

I like your attitude!!! I has to be a lifestyle change and not a diet. That is my goal, also. My husband and I would like to get healthy and be able to enjoy our "golden years" with little or no health problems.

I like your blog on guilt. I can relate to that well. I usually start off with a bang, give in, then feel guilty and beat myself up for days. This cycle repeats itself over and over. Your not alone. Today is a new day and it's the journey that counts. Hang in there and have a great day today.
