My Goals:
I just want to be in a healthy weight range for my height and age. I also want to get my cholesterol levels back into normal ranges. I also want to end up with proper cholesterol levels and a healthy blood pressure. When I don't work out my blood pressure gets high.

The big one though is the weight, which should help feed into the other goals. Starting out at 235, final goal is around 140.


My Program:
Taking another go at the 9-week couch to 5k program to start with.

Other goals include drinking my water, meal planning so we don't eat junk, and linking my goals together.

One idea is to add up my mileage each week and pay down some debt or contribute to savings by that amount. Feed several healthy habits into each other.



Personal Information:
I graduated from college on 6/12/2010 with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Japanese. I currently work as a Listing & Marketing Coordinator for a local real estate business and I absolutely love my job.

I have a good-lookin' husband who keeps me inspired and a passion for pugs which I wish I could have in my current rental.
