I had a rough weekend. I felt it coming on since late Thursday. I made some choices in foods that I would not have done if my motivation hadn't weakened. It did! It's done and on with a new week and a new day. I'm building up weapons again to conquer etch second, etch minute and etch hour of staying on track.
