Hi there, Im Ann!

You may have noticed that I started using Sparkpeople in 2009...without any results because I didnt utilize it....or my own strength! 2011 and the lightbuld came on...
Time for a NEW ME!! WhooHooo! I see Great things in my future! Im GOING to loose this weight, Im going to eat healthier!!!
Other than being overweight, and smoking :(, I am a healthy person. I started doing 10min videos, and have worked my way up to 40mins. Droped 6pds in under 2 weeks! SWEET! lol
Someday soon I will stop smoking as well...I read something on Sparkpeople..."He who chases 2 rabbits, catches neither" I think stopping smoking completely at this point could be my second rabbit...That doesnt mean I wont try...but for now I will focus on my weight...

My Program:
I use my tredmill alot! I throw in the eliptical to spice it up. Sometimes I use my ab lounge. Im going try and start using the strength training videos on Sparkpeople.



Personal Information:
I have 3 kids and am Married. My husband is really supporting me...even going as far as reading lables before he sticks food in my face...lol I love him soooo much! I really have a blessed life


Other Information:
I live in Jackson Michigan...I dont get out much away from the house to meet people. So most of what I do to loose weight will be from home. I dont have the money to enter a gym, nor the extra car it would take to get there...or the money for a sitter, so on and so fourth. =) BUT I have the strength to do what I gotta do from home!!!
