I had been an average weight most of my life. When I was pregnant with my 3rd child, my Father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. After 3 long years, he lost his battle in January 2011 and when I saw pictures of myself at his funeral it really hit me how unhealthy I had become. I really want to regain my health and raise my happy levels. Work on *me* and all that ;D
8/2016: Back to work on changing to prevent health concerns with shedding these stubborn 15 lbs and keep it LCHF for a while.

My Program:
When I was younger and in really good shape I weighed 140-142 but I was really muscular. I know I might never see that exact body again. However, I would like to get in the mid 140's which is right in the middle of the healthy BMI range for me.
I am using the nutrition tracker everyday and weighing daily right now to try to learn what food have what effect on my system. I don't plan on weighing daily forever. I only really pay attention to my Sunday weight anyway when i compare it to the last weeks.
