The New Me

Losing weight and keeping it off has been a challenge for some time, and I now realise what I have been doing wrong and want to correct my mistakes. It was never about "dieting", because looking at it that way is just a temporary fix. The truth of the matter is that I need to make a LIFESTLYE change - change the way I eat, change my approach to exercise, and taking care of my health and wellbeing. Congratulations on looking at this as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. I think it is a tough concept to understand for many.

I learned a lot when I lost most of my weight before and the one thing that really stuck with me was to use those baby steps. Too much change at any one time is too hard. Take it 1 step at a time and look towards healthy and you'll get results!
