Congratulations on looking at this as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. I think it is a tough concept to understand for many.
I learned a lot when I lost most of my weight before and the one thing that really stuck with me was to use those baby steps. Too much change at any one time is too hard. Take it 1 step at a time and look towards healthy and you'll get results!
