8/9/12: This picture was taken when I showed my co-worker the "Last Straw" picture from 8/8. She said it was a bad picture and took this one to show me. Okay...so it is better. Still is not great. Just shows that my desk and hair is also a mess.

I am not sure if I have an offical plan for exercise. get off my bum and do something 5/6 times a week. I am looking at the Les Mills Combat deal for summer 2013 (yes, when school is out).
Food:
Going back to my lower carb, higher protein, moderate fat way of life.
Behavioral:
I have come to accept that I have an 'eating disorder'. I need to reign in control of this.
