- Run a 10K - Eat healthier - Fit into the all the size 6 jeans that I bought and never had the chance to wear!
Nutrition: -Cut back calories by focusing on nutrition and portion sizes. I log things occasionally, but am more focused on making healthy choices and eating only when I'm hungry. - More fruits / veggies / and whole grains. I'm particularly trying to make each meal more colorful! - Limit soda intake and drink more tea and water - Avoid temptations by not bringing bad foods into the house in the first place. - Eat mindfully.
Exercise: - Biking - Zumba - Tennis - Walking - Running? (I'm trying to start running and would would like to run a 5K before the end of 2010). - I don't have a specific schedule but am trying to build activity into my life style.
My husband and I recently moved to Austin, Texas and I'm taking advantage of the warmer weather to get outside and get moving.
