I love listening to smooth jazz. I find its wordless tones very calming and liberating. I love comedy such as seen in the TV show,'Scrubs' and 'Friends'. Clever comedy is a great stress reliever. I also loved the TV show 'The Wire'as it reflected the realities of life.
Greetings, I am so glad to have found people like me! I am forty one, 3 kids, French- Acadian and struggling to gain weight!
